The Millat Education Society Darwha was established in 1990 to nurture and support value-based education and nowadays it is operating its educational institutions in Kamptee, Darwha, and Talegaon.
It is an educational society registered under the Society's Registration Act of 1860 and also a Public Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. It is also registered under section 12(a)of Income Tax Act 1961 and is exempted u/s 80G of the said Act by the Income Tax Commissioner, Nagpur.
Millat Education Society aspires to become a strong center for educational excellence capable of responding to emerging educational challenges and needs in the fast-changing society. This society always strives hard to build character, sharpen the intellect and encourage critical thinking among students through modern education retaining traditional values.

In this college the teacher staff are well qualified & skilled also. For preparation of board exam there were three (3) test series of all subject are taken.
